Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy").

1.Return or exchange

Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange unless wrong product sent.

2. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

3. Refunds

If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment by deducting the payment gateway charges (2%) and GST applied on it, within 15 days.
